How do I set up KBART automation for Sage Learning Resources?

This page provides you with the instructions to help you to set up integration between Sage's Secure Center and ExLibris (Alma), OCLC WorldCat for Sage's learning resources (excluding Sage Journals). Learning resources include the following content types:
- Books
- Cases
- Datasets
- Reference
- Online courses
- Debates
- Dictionaries
- Encyclopedias
- Handbooks
- Major Works
- Skills
- Theories
- Videos
The integration is supported for the following Sage products:
For customers who use ExLibris (Alma):
- Sage Knowledge
- Sage Research Methods

- CQ Press
For customers who use OCLC WorldCat:

- Sage Campus
- CQ Press
Terminology: There is no consistency in how different publishers and discovery service providers call a unique key, which is required to enable integration. Examples of terminology usually used:
- institution ID
- a key
- a token ID
- an API key
- API token
- Institution token ID
They all mean the same thing and an example of a unique key you should generate in Sage's Secure center follows this format: 12eed3d4-bfe5-67a8-91f2-34bf5678c912
How do I get my institution ID (token) from Sage's Secure Center?
1. Login to Secure Center following this link - https://securecenter.sagepub.com/
2. Navigate to your "Account Detail" section
3. Click on "Electronic Holdings Automation" in the right-hand side bar
4. Click on "Generate Token"
5. Select which discovery service provider you need the token for, before clicking on "Add new".
6. Click on "Copy" to get the institution ID copied to your clipboard
7. Register the token in your chosen discovery service provider's admin system (e.g. Alma, WolrdCat)
